On this page, you can find updated promotional materials for the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission (MHWC). These promotional materials are designed to support consumers, carers, families and supporters in contacting us if they want to make a complaint or ask us a question.
Everyone accessing public mental health and wellbeing services in Victoria should be aware of their rights and have access to our services.
The MHWC was established in September 2023 as an independent statutory authority that handles complaints about publicly funded Victorian mental health and wellbeing services. These include mental health and wellbeing services run and delivered by a public hospital in Victoria.
The materials below have been updated to reflect the branding and contact information for the MHWC and replace the materials for the Mental Health Complaints Commissioner (MHCC).
