MHCC’s Annual report 2022-2023 - looking to the Future

The Mental Health Complaints Commissioner's (MHCC) Annual Report for 2022-23, themed 'Looking to the Future,' is now available for download. The annual report mirrors the reform and change that is underway in our mental health and wellbeing system as well as work to transfer the work and functions of the MHCC to the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission (MHWC) on September 1, 2023.

This report was created by the MHWC after the MHCC's functions were transferred on September 1, 2023. A further report on the MHCC’s final two months of operation in July and August 2023 will be released in late 2024.
