Hello, my name is Osmond. I'm a Nurse Unit Manager. This is a campaign by the Mental Health Complaints Commissioner, encouraging people to tell us about our services. I'm hoping that you, my friends, that I work with, will encourage the people that we look after - that's it's ok to complain.
It's ok to tell us when they find things they don't like or things they find confronting. Please encourage them to feed back to us and tell us about their experiences. Cause that's the only way we'll improve services - to ensure that we deliver the best possible service for all we come in contact with.
