On this page, you can access annual reports and other archived publications of the Mental Health Complaints Commissioner (MHCC). As required under s268 of the Victorian Mental Health Act 2014, the annual reports describe MHCC's activities for each year including:
- the number of complaints made to the Commissioner
- the outcomes of these complaints
- education activities undertaken by the MHCC.
