When you raise a concern or make a complaint to the Mental Health Complaints Commissioner (MHCC), it will be dealt with by one of our friendly Resolutions officers. We know it takes courage to speak up and we will provide you with a safe and supportive space where we listen to you with respect.
- helping you raise your concerns directly with the Victorian public mental health service
- working with you and the service to resolve your concerns
- other options if we are unable to help.
