Are you a consumer who currently accesses Victorian public mental health services or a family member or carer of someone who does? If so, we would like to hear from you.

We are carrying out a survey to find out which parts of our work you are most interested in and want to know more about, for example: 

  • how we make sure people’s rights are upheld
  • the types of concerns people most commonly raise with us
  • the improvements that have happened in services because people spoke up.

Your feedback will help shape our annual report and other communications and information materials we develop. 

The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete, and is open until Wednesday 17 April.
