A message from the Mental Health Complaints Commissioner, Treasure Jennings
Treasure Jennings provides a video update about the work that the MHCC has been focused on recently to make it easier for consumers, carers and their families speak about their concerns around any public mental health service in Victoria. These include updates around the ‘It’s OK to Complain!’ campaign, MHCC’s new resources aimed at helping people better understand their rights and principles under the current Mental Health Act (2014), how our Lived Experience Advisory Council helps drive our work, as well as our work in driving better communication in the public mental health system.
